"BACnet/T1L is NOT a BACnet standard, it is simply BACnet/IP (or BACnet/SC) over a 10BASE-T1L datalink. 10BASE-T1L is also "simple" Ethernet over a twisted pair, or SPE (Single Pair Ethernet)
10BASE-T1L has great potential in Building Automation due to the fact that twisted pair is common, well known in the industry, and there is the possibility of re-using in-place or legacy network wiring.
